We hope you love your Patara products; however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.patarabeauty.com within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused, and clean condition with all original tags attached.

If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, gift cards are final sales.

Patara reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy.

To return an item, please email us at contact@patarabeauty.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return.

The buyer must pay all return shipping costs and register their return package with a tracking number as the shipping return risks are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus actual shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will notify you via email. Once the returned item is received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
